Your records live on your devices and sync through your private iCloud database in the beta. On-device AI can explain spending and draft budgets on an eligible Apple device. Questions and results sync privately through iCloud; inference stays on your selected device. You decide which household details to share.

Penny uses Apple’s FinanceKit to read eligible UK accounts connected in Apple Wallet. It requires iPhone with iOS 18.4 or later and your permission. Bank coverage and available history vary.
Wallet imports are enabled in the current TestFlight beta. Update to 0.1.0 (7) for resumable sync, a clearer transaction list and On-device AI. Saved records appear as pages arrive, with automatic retries while Penny is open and progress restored when you return. Wallet data stays personal; household sharing supports manual and independent CSV records.
